About the Company:
Matt H. Sitton founded Sitton Group in 2014. Mr. Sitton entered the commercial real estate industry in 2000 with Walmart Stores Inc. Real Estate. A decade of developing stores for Walmart lead him to Philadelphia, PA in 2010 where he became executive management partner of a real estate development company with over 6 million square feet of retail in the Northeast. Since relocating back to Northwest Arkansas in 2014, Matt has directed the Sitton Group in the acquisition and development of multiple class A shopping centers. Our tenants include: Burlington, Ross Dress for Less, Pet Supplies Plus, Famous Footwear, Dollar Tree, Goldfish Swim School, Carpet One, Bedding Mart, and many more. With knowledge and proven ability, the Sitton Group is poised to grow.
